Purpose of the Role:

• This is a support sales role to achieve GTFD APAC's strategy by optimizing use of FI and Corporate credit limits for revenue growth.
• Provide support on KYC and screening on trade finance activities for FI driven loans and secondary trade finance transactions.
• Manage customer service requests and related internal processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• To contribute to the overall GTFD APAC's revenue growth
• To work closely with Marketing Manager with respect to the originating potential deals
• Attend and fulfill client enquiries and requests relating to their accounts within the expected quality and service standards.
• Supporting internal enquiries and requests from various business functions in the Bank pertaining to SCF product & services matters.
• Support KYC and transactions screening to ensure completeness of all regulatory requirements.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Business, Marketing, or other related discipline.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant banking experience
• Experience in customer experience/client issues
• Meticulous and possess good problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills and able to interact with colleagues of all levels.
• Work independently as well as within the team with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure.
